1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or using any course, training, materials, content, website, or services provided by Rare Street Pilates (“the School”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and any additional policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the School’s website, courses, or materials.
2. Course Access & License
Upon purchase, the School grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials for your personal educational purposes only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any course materials.
- Record, download, screenshot, or redistribute videos, manuals, presentations, assessments, or other content without written permission.
- Share login credentials or allow another person to access your account.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from course content.
- Use any course materials for training, certifying, or educating others without written permission from the School.
All course content remains the intellectual property of Rare Street Pilates and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases are final.
Due to the immediate access provided to digital course materials, videos, manuals, downloads, and intellectual property:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been made.
- No refunds will be provided for partial completion, non-attendance, change of circumstances, lack of time, change of career plans, medical reasons, relocation, or dissatisfaction.
- Payment plans remain legally binding, and all outstanding payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
By purchasing a course, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
4. Course Completion & Extensions
Students are expected to complete all coursework, assessments, practical requirements, case studies, observations, and examinations within the designated course timeframe.
The School may, at its sole discretion, grant course extensions where appropriate.
Extensions:
- Are not guaranteed.
- Must be requested in writing before the course expiry date.
- May incur additional administration, mentoring, assessment, or extension fees.
- May be subject to updated course requirements or curriculum changes.
Any additional support, reassessments, private mentoring, resubmissions, or extra practical reviews may also incur additional fees.
5. Certification Requirements
Certification will only be awarded upon successful completion of all required components of the program, including but not limited to:
- Course modules
- Assignments
- Assessments
- Practical evaluations
- Observation/ Practice hours
- Case studies
- Examinations
Enrollment in a course does not guarantee certification.
The School reserves the right to withhold certification if competency standards are not met.
6. Educational Disclaimer
The School provides educational information and training only.
Course content is not intended to replace medical, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Students are responsible for exercising professional judgment and operating within their scope of practice and local regulations.
The School makes no guarantees regarding employment opportunities, business success, client acquisition, income generation, or professional outcomes.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
All materials and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Reliability
- Suitability for a particular purpose
- Continuous availability of the platform
The School reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or remove course content at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rare Street Pilates, its owners, employees, contractors, educators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the course materials
- Technical interruptions
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Personal injury resulting from exercise participation
- Professional decisions made based on course content
Participation in practical exercise activities is undertaken at the student’s own risk.
9. Third-Party Links
The School may provide links to external websites or resources for educational purposes.
The School does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
Use of external websites is at your own risk.
10. Changes to Terms
The School reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website, platform, or courses following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
